Return to face-to-face Training Poll
Results are in for our poll and thank you to all our contributors. Headlines first; Clearly many, 41%, of respondents, have enjoyed Virtual Learning and would be happy to continue enjoying the convenience it brings.
25% of respondents expressed their tiredness of the use of Zoom and I feel for many the novelty has worn off, maybe replaced by an air of the mundane.
Grouped together those feeling reluctant to move away from Remote Learning, for convenience and/or health reasons, outweighed those who were keener to return to Face to Face.
This was a surprise to this author who is clearly desperate for some office banter. I think the reality will be that the ‘Great Remote Learning Experiment of 2020/21’ has proved that with good tutors and adapted techniques/material Remote Learning can be very rewarding. Conversely for some, and I count myself one of these in this group, the experience of F2F Leaning will always be preferable.
We are trying to accommodate all customer learning needs and from July our public schedule includes both Virtual and F2F classroom deliveries.
Let’s see what the statistics tell us in a year!
