In the task of providing our services we may collect and process the following information:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on Business & Innovation Centre servers.
We keep course & exam data for extended periods of time as required by the respective Awarding Body. We will then dispose your information by secure disposal of paper records and deletion of digital records

iqms_session : This cookie is used store data required to keep preferences selected and entered booking information across the site common across pages and to enable a better browsing experience.

Virtual Deliveries
Webcams are used in Virtual course deliveries.
Delegates should be aware that when taking a virtual instructor-led training course (VILT) course they may be recorded. Recordings are made to aid Participants learning or as an examination requirement. All recordings are held securely in accordance with GDPR requirements and are for used for the purpose of the course only.
Recordings made are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Individuals are not permitted to make any recordings.
