Manufacturing Health Services Financial Services Retail Government Services Education Oil and Gas Services Logistics and Supply Chain Services Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt dives deeper into Lean tools and techniques and starts looking into Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) and is intended for those who would assist and participate in process improvement activities. This can include workers who physically work on the job, after all who knows better that the person / people using the process day in, day out?
