Introduction

ISO 9001:2026 is set to replace ISO 9001:2015 on 16 September 2026 and every certified organisation now faces the same question: not whether to transition, but when, and what it will involve. This half-day briefing session cuts through the noise, giving auditors, quality professionals and business leaders a clear, practical understanding of what the revision means for their organisation and its quality management system (QMS).

Note: this is a discussion-based briefing focused on the practical business implications of the revision. If you are a third-party auditor and you need only clause change information to the standard then you may prefer CQI and IRCA's dedicated eLearning course.

1/2 Day, 09.00 - 12.30
